Confused About Fats?   

The following nutrient-rich traditional fats have nourished healthy population groups for thousands of years:
I only recommend cooking with lard and
clarified butter, low heat only with regular butter.
Clarified butter doesn't brown.  
Coconut Oil may be a great fat to consume,
but I wouldn't cook with it, nor would I cook with
EVOO.  Dr. Wallach says heat damages
them.  Saturated fats are stable and do not
oxidize or get damaged by heat.
Buy small quantities and refrigerate.
